I purchased a weekly menu planner and when it came our name was spelt wrong. I contacted MWLS and the customer care team came back to me straight away. They couldn't apologise enough and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. The new planner arrived today and it is beautiful, I am very pleased with it, and the customer service was excellent.

I originally placed the order and the speed of despatch was great. However, the courier unfortunately lost my parcel. This is actually when they proved just how good they are! They checked with the courier and within hours came back, apologised and agreed to despatch a new product immediately. It was received within a few day and I could not be happier. Highly recommend the service and the product. Carry on doing what you are doing, we will definitely be buying from you again in the future

I ordered us a family wall planner and it was Amazing service with super fast delivery (3 days from ordering). I also asked for ours and the children's names to be personalised on it along with our family name which wasn't any problem at all and done. Really happy with the item and can't wait to start planning. Thank you again and will definitely be using them again.

I ordered a personalised football print right before Christmas and unfortunately my item arrived and it was incorrect (probably due to Christmas rush) however I messaged customer service and they were so helpful. They sent me another print free of charge with the same priority postage and it arrived quickly not long after Christmas. The print arrived and it was perfect! I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Can't fault them! Highly recommend!

Great item received and although the item was unfortunately delayed over Christmas at the couriers, it wasn't the sellers fault and they were really helpful in chasing the parcel.

I ordered a train sign, which was subsequently damaged by the delivery company and sent back to MWL&S by the delivery company.
MWL&S promptly made me a new train sign and dispatched straight away. I received a new train sign before christmas, which was great as was a chrimbo pressie.
Absolutely fabulous customer service. Will be ordering from MWL&S again.
